Description
We are seeking a trustworthy caregiver that will care for our clients professionalism and compassion wherever the clients call home.
Requirements
Experience with staffing and scheduling a plus but not required
Must have people skills
Must be able to work under time restrictions, stress, and the unforeseen change of plans
Effective written and verbal communication
Responsibilities
Problem solve between client needs and employee availability
Multi-task a variety of duties on a daily basis
Maintaining our patient's schedules, which includes coordinating nursing coverage for call outs and open shifts
Communicate effectively to address patient and staff emotional and physical needs
Responding to incoming communication from employees and clients
Documentation to maintain patient and employee records
Required to be on call one weekend of the month
Our Perfect Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in Program Management on technical cross-functional projects.
- Experience with one of the following: mobile application software development, mobile release management, mobile operating systems and app ecosystems, and/or software hardware integration (SDK/frameworks, embedded software layers, or devices).
- Technical experience within the mobile technology stack.
- Experience developing features from conception to launch, managing execution and delivering high quality products. quality products.
- Ability to exercise technical judgment in solving software engineering challenges.
- Ability to be an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
